How I can help

Individual Coaching

I work with individuals one on one who want to work towards becoming Intuitive Eaters, break free from disordered eating and diet culture, work on finding respect for their bodies, and connect with and live out what they value most in life.

Individual coaching is a great way to work with me 1:1 and come up with an individualized plan based on what you feel is most important to you and will allow you to live your best life.

Parent Coaching

Do you struggle with helping guide your kids with Intuitive Eating because of the years you spent sucked into diet culture?  You aren’t alone!  Parenting these days is no joke, especially when it comes to navigating food with all of the outside influences both you and our kids face.

Parent coaching will help you figure out how to navigate these difficult waters, and give you the support and encouragement you need to feel confident in your choices as a parent when it comes to feeding your kids.
