I’m here to help you reconnect with your truest self and use your own innate strengths to live a values-driven life. I specialize in helping people ditch diet culture, make peace with their bodies, improve their body image, and live a full and joy-filled life.
I work with individuals one on one who want to work towards becoming Intuitive Eaters, break free from disordered eating and diet culture, work on finding respect for their bodies, an connect with and live out what they value most in life.
Individual coaching is a great way to work with me 1:1 and come up with an individualized plan based on what you feel is most important to you and will allow you to live your best life.
